Returns & Exchanges

For sanitation reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL!


If there are any mistakes on our end (customer received the wrong product(s), product(s) not as described, custom unit doesn't fit due to our mistake) customer must contact us for an exchange within 5 days of receipt. We will NOT accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size is ordered! Please take your measurements if you do not know your correct size. 

Unit(s) must be returned in NEW/UNWORN condition. Lace must be uncut/intact, no cut, no color, no styling. 

Processing Time

  • Pre-Made (Ready to Ship) Wigs- 2-3 Business Days
  • Custom Made Wigs- 7-10 Business Days
  • Wig Making Services (Hair is NOT included, clients must provide the hair)- 5-6 Business Days AFTER we receive your hair.

Shipping

All units are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. 

Shipping usually takes 2-3 Business days AFTER processing time.

USPS Express Mail is available for an extra fee.

International Shipping is available. 

Wigs by Deidra will NOT be responsible for any customs fees that may occur upon receipt. 

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages.
