Returns & Exchanges
For sanitation reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If there are any mistakes made on my end (customer received the wrong product(s), product(s) not as described, custom unit doesn't fit due to my mistake) customer must contact me for an exchange within 5 days of receipt. I will NOT accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size is ordered! Please take your measurements if you do not know your correct size.
Unit(s) and Ponytails must be returned in NEW/UNWORN condition. Lace must be uncut/intact, no cut, no color, no styling.
Wig Orders- 10-16 Business Days (Not including shipping time) depending on the style ordered. Please read the description for exact time frame.
- Ponytail Orders- 7-10 Business Days (Not including shipping time).
- Half Up Half Down Kits- 10-12 Business Days (Not including shipping time).
Wig Making Services- 10-15 Business Days (5 extra days if more than one wig is being made) AFTER I receive your hair (Hair is NOT included, clients must provide the hair).
Cancellation & Fees
Since these are Custom made items, cancellation will result in an inconvenience fee. Canceled orders that were placed through SEZZLE will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Canceled orders that were placed through QUADPAY will result in a 15% cancellation fee. Canceled orders that were placed through PayPal will result in a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will only be waived if the cancellation is due to me (i.e. a late shipment).

Paypal is a secure instant payment method, you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to pay through PayPal. You can select "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card" and checkout as a guest with ANY MAJOR Debit or Credit card.
Sezzle & Quadpay are secure BUY NOW PAY LATER methods that allows you to split your order into 4 installments over a 6 week time frame! NO interested, NO long forms and INSTANT approval. Please allow TWO extra business day for processing if you select tHess method.

All deposits are non-refundable! I will not begin any unit(s) until your deposit(s) are made.
Deposits are HALF of your service total. Invoices MUST be paid once I receive your hair.
If your deposit is not paid within 48 hrs after I receive the hair your hair will be returned.
Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Please provide any additional information you would like us to know in the memo section on PayPal, through email, or in a note with your hair package.
The balance left on your unit(s) must be paid before your unit can be shipped back.
All balances must be paid within 48 hours of your unit(s) completion! If your balance is not paid within 48 hours you will be charged a $10 late fee.
Please DO NOT send your hair if you are not prepared to pay for your unit. I will NOT begin any work on your unit until payments are made. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All units are shipped with USPS.
Shipping usually takes 2-3 Business days AFTER processing time.
USPS Express Mail is available for an extra fee. Express shipping only applies to shipping, this does NOT change the processing time.
International Shipping is available.
Wigs by Deidra will NOT be responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties that may occur upon receipt.
I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. I am not responsible for any packages marked as delivered by the shipping company. If your tracking information states it’s been delivered but you did not receive it please contact me immediately so I can contact the shipping company. Please allow 7-10 business days after contacting me so a claim can be filed.
Please allow 2-4 extra days for processing when ordering during a sale.
